Yes, 100%. We formulate each product with exceptional raw ingredients — unrefined shea butter, virgin vegetable oils, natural extracts. No parabens, no sulfates, no superfluous ingredients. If you can pronounce what you put on your skin, it's good.
Are your products tested on animals?
Never. DRIMYS is a cruelty-free brand, no compromises.
What is the shelf life of your products?
12 months after opening. Store your products away from heat and direct light — avoid overheated bathrooms. A cool, dry place is all you need.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, for the vast majority. RANA and ISIS are specially formulated fragrance-free for the most fragile, reactive, or eczema-prone skin. For DIYA and YILDUN, patch test on a small area if you have reactive skin.
Are your products suitable for babies?
RANA and ISIS are formulated without added fragrance, with gentle ingredients suitable for the most fragile skin from birth. If in doubt, consult your pediatrician.
Are your products suitable during pregnancy?
RANA and ISIS, being fragrance-free, are generally well tolerated during pregnancy. For scented products like DIYA and YILDUN, consult your doctor or midwife as a precaution.
Usage
How do I use your products?
Take the necessary amount — a few drops for oils, a pea-sized amount for whipped butters — and massage onto clean, dry or slightly damp skin after showering. For hair, apply a small amount to the lengths and ends, avoiding the roots.
Is it sticky or does it leave a greasy film?
No. Our formulas melt on contact with the skin and absorb quickly without residue. You can get dressed a few seconds after application.
Can your products be used on hair?
Yes — a small amount on the lengths and ends nourishes, softens, and restores natural shine. Avoid the roots to prevent weighing down the hair.
How long does the fragrance last?
Between 4 and 6 hours, depending on your skin type. For longer lasting scent, apply to slightly damp skin right after showering.
How much should I use?
A few drops for oils, a pea-sized amount for whipped butters. A quality product doesn't need to be applied in large quantities to be effective — start small and adjust.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to France and North America (Canada and the United States).
What is the delivery time?
Orders are prepared within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number upon shipment.
Is shipping free?
Yes, for most destinations.
I haven't received my confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam folder first. If you find nothing, write to us at the contact address — we will check your order within 24 hours.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receipt to contact us if the product is not suitable. Unopened products can be returned no questions asked. For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

Can I exchange a product?
