These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of natural cosmetic products made on the DRIMYS Cosmetics website.

Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

DRIMYS Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect on the date of the order.

II – Product Information

The products offered for sale are natural cosmetics.

Each product is accompanied by a detailed description (composition, benefits, usage advice) as well as photographs illustrating them.

These details are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute contractual documents. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, slight variations in color, texture, or odor may occur without affecting the quality or effectiveness of the product.

DRIMYS Cosmetics is committed to presenting its products as accurately as possible.

III – Commands

The customer selects the products of their choice and adds them to their basket.

Before final validation, he can check the details of his order, its total price and correct any errors.

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions, the products ordered and their price.

An order confirmation is sent by email.

All orders are considered final after the payment has been received.

DRIMYS Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer or non-payment.

Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, the customer will be notified and can choose between a refund or an exchange.

IV – Price and payment terms

Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery charges.

Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.

Payment is secure and can be made by credit card (via Stripe), PayPal or any other method offered on the site.

The products remain the property of DRIMYS Cosmetics until full payment of the price.

For all deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be levied. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

V – Delivery

Products are delivered to mainland France, French Guiana, Canada and certain countries of the European Union.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metropolitan France: 5 to 7 business days

  • Canada: 3 to 7 business days

  • International: 5 to 15 business days

These delivery times are indicative and may vary during periods of high activity.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided. DRIMYS Cosmetics cannot be held liable for any delivery failure due to an incorrect address.

In the event of a damaged package, the customer must make a claim with the carrier and contact DRIMYS Cosmetics by email within 24 hours with supporting photos.

DRIMYS Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.

VI – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of his order to exercise his right of withdrawal.

However, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

Returned products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the customer must send their request by email to contact@drimyscosmetics.com .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The refund will be made within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after receipt of the returned products.

VII – Legal Guarantees

The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the customer is invited to contact DRIMYS Cosmetics by email.

VIII – Responsibility and precautions for use

DRIMYS Cosmetics products are intended for cosmetic use only and are in no way a substitute for medical treatment.

The customer is required to read the list of ingredients before use, especially in the case of known allergies or sensitivities.

A skin test is recommended before first use.

DRIMYS Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for misuse of products or failure to follow usage instructions.

IX – Personal Data

The personal data collected is necessary for order processing.

They are treated confidentially and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their data, which they can exercise by writing to contact@drimyscosmetics.com .

X – Intellectual Property

All elements of the DRIMYS Cosmetics website (texts, photographs, recipes, visuals, logos) are protected by intellectual property law.

Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

XI – Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer may have recourse, free of charge, to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute.

XII – Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.

Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

XIII – Force majeure

DRIMYS Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for the non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by French case law.
